Frequently asked questions
Should exhibitors carry their own insurance?
Often organizers require it, but the contract and actual arrangement should determine the requirement. The organizer's policy should not be assumed to replace exhibitor coverage.
Can cancellation coverage include low attendance?
Do not assume it does. Cancellation coverage responds only to covered causes under the policy, and business risk or poor attendance may be excluded.
Coverage descriptions are general. Eligibility, availability, limits, deductibles, valuation, exclusions, and policy terms vary by operation and insurance market. Actual policy documents control.
